● Delivery time

As a general rule, products will be shipped within approximately 4 business days of receiving your order, excluding products with a specified delivery date, pre-ordered products, and out-of-stock items.

*There are some areas where we cannot deliver, such as some remote islands. Also, depending on the delivery area, we may not be able to deliver on the specified date. In that case, we may decline your order after sending you an automatic reply email (confirming your order).

●About shipping fees

In addition to the product price, a separate shipping fee will be charged as follows:

*There are some areas, such as some remote islands, where we cannot deliver or where additional shipping fees may be charged. In such cases, after receiving the automatic reply email (order confirmation email), we may decline your order or contact you about the additional shipping fees (we will accept your cancellation).


*Depending on the delivery area, we may not be able to deliver on the specified date. In that case, we may decline your order after sending you an automatic reply email (confirming your order).


*Please note that we cannot deliver refrigerated or frozen items to the Izu Islands (excluding Oshima and Hachijojima) or Ogasawara Village (Ogasawara Islands).


*Delivery is limited to within Japan.

●About refrigerated delivery

If you purchase chocolate confectionery, it will be delivered by refrigerated delivery.

●About specifying delivery date

・You can specify a delivery date for all products except for "pre-order items." If you do not specify a delivery date, the product will be shipped as soon as it is ready.
・If you purchase a "pre-order item," it will be shipped within the period stated on the product details page.

*Delivery dates may be subject to adjustment depending on stock availability, etc. In that case, we will contact you again to confirm the delivery date.

●About specifying a time

You can choose from the following time slots. Please note that depending on the delivery area, we may not be able to accept morning delivery times due to the shipping company's schedule. In that case, we will deliver your order as soon as possible on the same day.

(Only individual customers can specify a delivery time. Corporate customers, please note that even if you specify a delivery time, delivery may occur outside of the specified time.)
