About orders
How to check your order details
Please check the order details in the email that will be automatically sent to you when you complete your order on this website.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations, returns or exchanges for personal reasons due to food hygiene reasons.

About shopping bags
This original shopping bag features an illustration from the picture book "The Adventures of the Amamizu." Perfect as a gift for a loved one or for your own home. Shopping bags are available in all sizes (S/M/L) for 50 yen. Click here for more information about the shopping bag.
About refrigerated delivery
When you purchase chocolate confectionery, we will send it by refrigerated delivery to protect the quality. *There is no additional charge.
About gift wrapping services
We only offer ribbon wrapping (free of charge).
If you would like ribbon wrapping, please write "I would like ribbon wrapping" in the input field at the bottom of the cart page.
Shipping and Delivery
About delivery companies
All products will be shipped by Sagawa Express.
We will send you a tracking number via email to inform you of the delivery status, so please check the website (package tracking service) of each delivery company.
[Notes]
Please collect your package within 7 days of the shipping date.
If the delivery company's specified period (storage period) has elapsed, the package will be refused acceptance and returned to our delivery center.
Regarding luggage storage period
Once shipped, the package will be held for 7 days from the date of initial delivery.
Please refer to the tracking number or package tracking page listed on the delivery notice or shipping email and request redelivery.
About delivery and shipping fees
In addition to the product price, a separate shipping fee will be charged. For details, please see our shipping policy .

When you purchase chocolate confectionery, we will send it by refrigerated delivery to protect the quality. *There is no additional charge.
⚫︎Free shipping
Free shipping is available for purchases over 10,000 yen. In addition, customers eligible for free shipping will receive refrigerated shipping at no additional charge if their order includes chocolate products.
*If you are eligible for free shipping, you will be able to select "Free Shipping" in the shipping fee section on the customer information input screen.
About shipping date
As a general rule, products will be shipped within 3 business days or 10 business days from the date of order receipt, excluding products with a specified delivery date, pre-order products, out-of-stock items, etc. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Regarding desired delivery date and time
◾️If shipping to a specified address
You can specify the desired delivery date and time on the cart screen. You can select a delivery date and time within 10 to 30 days.
Changing customer information or delivery address after placing an order
If you would like to change your customer information or shipping address information after placing an order, please contact us using the inquiry form . We will respond to inquiries in the order they are received, but please note that we will not be able to respond if the ordered items have already been shipped.
Regarding long-term absence and refusal to receive parcels
Please note that if the product is returned to our store due to the expiration of the redelivery deadline (including the recipient's prolonged absence) or a change of address, we will charge you the shipping fee for the returned product.
Please note that additional shipping charges will be incurred for redelivery. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to exchange, redeliver, cancel or refund food items that have passed their expiration date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
About areas where delivery is not possible
Delivery may not be possible in some areas, such as Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands.
In addition, orders to areas that the delivery company determines cannot be delivered to may be canceled.
There are some areas, such as some remote islands, where additional shipping fees are charged. In such cases, after receiving the automatic reply email (order confirmation email), we may decline your order or contact you about the additional shipping fees (we will accept your cancellation).

About receipts
We will include a delivery note and receipt with your product when we ship it.
*We do not issue receipts only.
*Only the name of the person who placed the order can be written on the delivery note/receipt.
◾️Cash on delivery payment
You can use the courier delivery note as a receipt.
(In the case of cash on delivery payment, the courier delivery invoice also serves as a receipt.)
◾️If paying by credit card
The "Statement of Charges" issued by each credit card company can also be used in place of a receipt.
